The Altering Faces of Persecution

In what countries are Christians persecuted nowadays? Who is persecuting them? How has persecution modified in excess of the past a hundred a long time? What is probably to occur in the future? These and other concerns will be examined in the context of the world-wide persecution of Christians. Dr. Todd M. Johnson is Affiliate Professor of International Christianity and Director of the Heart for the Research of Worldwide Christianity at Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary (South Hamilton, Massachusetts). He is co-author of The World’s Religions in Figures (Wiley-Blackwell) and the Entire world Christian Encyclopedia (Oxford University Push) and co-editor of the Atlas of International Christianity (Edinburgh University Press).

In what countries are Christians persecuted right now? Who is persecuting them? How has persecution modified more than the previous 100 years? What is likely to happen in the potential? These and other queries will be examined in the context of the world-wide persecution of Christians.
