It’s been years since I finished my college education. As much as I hate to admit it, but my job and family keeps me from getting back to school. I dreamt about going back to school to get my master’s degree in Education, but it seemed like there were always reasons not to do it. Kids to take care of and a job that I have to go to. Driving to school on top of my usual daily routine seemed too much to handle.
The MAT@USC (Master of Arts in Teaching in University of Southern California) is a perfect way for working moms to go back to school. In fact, anyone who has limited time on their hands can benefit from this program. Not only is the program from a school that is ranked as the 22nd in School of Education in the United States and 9th among all private universities by US News and World Report, this program is also delivered online. Which makes it even more convenient for busy people to get their degree.
MAT@USC is an innovative combination of highly interactive online learning with field-based experiences in your local area. Another great thing is the tuition reimbursement program that is exclusively designed for the MAT@USC graduates. Getting into the program gives us an opportunity to learn from distinguished faculty who are recognized for their contributions to modern education.
I’d be very honored and proud to earn my Master’s degree online with the school that is an internationally renowed research institution with a 100-year history of educating teachers to be agents of change. Getting a full USC student status and benefits, participation in commencement ceremonies and a free lifetime membership of the Alumni Association are just bonuses. And who wouldn’t be thrilled at the possibility of becoming a part of the elite USC Trojan Family?
